The council isn't very happy with the development of all the members Seems all of you forgot the guild you joined back then and let me remind all of you what a Mercenary has to do. All of us, joined a guild who has offered their services to people for twelve years... yes, 12 years! so the Fibula duty is our priority besides all

Besides gaining experience, besides your friends Your guild should be EVERYTHING for you and seems all forgot that.

I'm not that old as Kreft is, but when I joined the guild 4 years ago all the Trials and Numags spent from 2 to 4 hours in the dungeon, Without people pushing us to do it, it was the love to serve this brotherhood If there was a problem, we all left to hunt We all left our friends Just to help the customers in Fibula. It didn't matter if it was a small or a big problem, everybody was helpful

I don't know what changed since that, you all read our codex before joining and agreed to serve the guild. People had to work to gain ranks, they had to show how worth they were for the guild

But time has passed, and people changed

All of you have an easy life right now, but that will change. We have to improve our work, for the better. If you aren't willing to work for the guild, the doors are open. We only will keep the best of the best inside, times are going to change so we grow as the glorius guild we were

We all have to show the community we are strong!

We have to show we are still here!

Mercenarys was a feared and respected guild, but all that depends on our work in all of us

What the community see in one of us, is an image of how the guild is If anyone of you is rude, they will think the guild is full of rude people If you act like a noob, they think we all are noobs

You need to learn how to talk, how to behave, how to work Like a true Mercenary

how many times have you seen any of our councils talking like a common person?

We all can start improving our way to express ourselves and your behaviour in public and guildchannel

Always greet your brothers with a Hail, followed by his/her rank and name

We don't use 'good bye' use instead a Farewell. Changing our way to express and behaviour, the people will think better of us. They won't think 'here it comes a noob merc'.

From now on, I always want to see you talking in another way. I don't want to read 'cya' or 'bye' in the guildchannel. Also, all the things related to the other realm must been with the oc sentences:

ooc: I don't want RL stuff in channel anymore, use private channels instead or -ooc-

If you want to say thanks, say thanks!, no 'ty'

Be always polite, be all serious. If we want real changes we all should start working from now on Behaviour and work in Fibula, remember all that.

The behavior wasn't very acceptable in the past.

You must remember that we are a role playing guild, and real Mercenarys, headhunters if you wish, don't run around in public smiling all the time and spreading joy and justice. We are in the sideways. In the dark passages that smell oddly. We avoid the public.

If you fail to remain unseen, you failed.

So please behave in a adequate way. We do not forbide you to have fun. But aslong as you are honored with the name Mercenary on your back. You have to life after our codex.

After this the topic was about the gold: we need stay more time in our island and dungeon and bring more gold to our Guild. but not only bring in rude form, we must bring that like true mercenarys, with the correct forms.

Is very important and take note: We live for gold. We need gold to pay rents and give support to our members. We need more satisfacted customers and protect not from the distance, we need be in Fibula and give a real protection to our customers.

This brings us to another important topic: the Black Book, this is open again, but we must be very carefull with this guys because we can be target of other guys when get the white mark. We need work in team, work like a machine, coordinate our steps and give one hard and decisive blow.

Donweibi is now a Trial Numag of our glorious guild.

Sortris, Xerax Star, Obliveratee and Efestto was dismissed.

The Numag Gubbel was promoted to Verkir

The Spawns of eternal hellfire stay inactive from now until further notice.
